CODE VIOLATION REMEDIATION
We provide a unique service to assist homeowners and contractors that have been cited by a government agency for a building code "Violation" or a "Stop-Work" order during construction. With our education and  vast experience in working with government agencies, we have the knowledge and insight to determine and execute the proper procedures to correct the violation.

We take a hands-on approach to assist with these type of issues, as they can become very expensive from accumulating fines, and stressful from trying to understand what needs to be done, or how to make the corrections.

We make site visits to observe the violation and collect all pertinent information so we can development the necessary drawings, engineering, and documents as required. We work directly with the code compliance officer, or local building department to submit and acquire the proper permits. We conduct additional site visits and follow-ups while the corrections are being made to ensure that everything meets code, until all inspections are approved, the violation is resolved and the case is closed.
