STOCK PLANS
We have
produced hundreds of single family, multi-family and apartment plans
that have been used for construction in the past. Many of these
plans have floor plan layouts and design elements that are very
popular. Benthin Design Group LLC has taken pride in the development
and reproduction of these plans and resale them as Stock Plans,
which allows us to keep the costs down for the construction
documents which benefits both the contractors and homeowners.
We have Stock Plans ranging from 1000 sf to 4500 sf with an wide
arrangement of architectural designs and styles. Our Stock Plans
meet all current building codes and can be ordered as bid sets to
get an idea of the construction costs, or as full construction sets
which are ready to submit for building permits.
Our goal is to provide
everything needed for the building permits and construction of the
building. We strive to make the construction experience as smooth
and enjoyable as possible.
